Jubilee Golfvista at a glance

Jubilee Golfvista ("Jubilee GolfVista") is a group-housing society by Jubilee Group on site GH-10 in Sector 91 (JLPL), Mohali. It is the second phase of a gated campus of about 6.25 acres whose first phase is Acme Eden Court, and it has its own Punjab RERA registration, PBRERA-SAS81-PR0696, with Jubilee Infra Planner LLP as promoter.

• Homes: six mid-rise blocks with two flats on each floor, each flat open on two sides (developer)
• Sizes: "Aurum" 3 BHK of about 1,675 sq ft and "Platino" 3 BHK + store ("3+1") of about 1,985 sq ft (super areas on portals); the RERA entry gives a carpet area of 104.98 sq m (about 1,130 sq ft) for its "3BHK with store" type
• Height: stilt + 7 floors according to the developer; the RERA data lists 7 floors for four blocks and 9 for two
• Land: about 1.9 acres under this registration (7,675 sq m), within the 6.25-acre campus
• Status: ready to move: RERA shows the project as completed with a completion date of 31 December 2023, and the developer lists it as delivered
• Timeline: RERA approval 18 December 2020, launch April 2021, superstructure of all six blocks finished by May 2023 (developer's update)

Homes and prices

All flats are three-bedroom homes in two layouts. Jubilee no longer sells here, so buying means a resale. Asking prices vary a lot by source and date: a Housing.com listing updated in June 2025 asked about ₹1.15 crore for a 1,675 sq ft flat, and a RealEstateIndia listing seen in November 2026 asked ₹1.70 crore for a semi-furnished 1,985 sq ft flat. Square Yards put the average asking rate at about ₹8,950 per sq ft in the September 2026 quarter, up from about ₹7,750 in December 2025, which would mean roughly ₹1.5 crore for the smaller layout and ₹1.78 crore for the larger one. Prices are sellers' and brokers' asking prices on property portals, dated above; actual deals depend on the floor, view, interiors and parking.

Facilities

The developer names a 10,000 sq ft clubhouse with a mini theatre, gymnasium, indoor games, library and a fine-dining restaurant, a 2,400 sq ft swimming pool, basketball and tennis courts and landscaped gardens. The clubhouse and pool were already running when Golfvista launched in 2021, so they are the campus facilities shared with Acme Eden Court. The RERA entry adds a gated community, round-the-clock water supply, power backup, parking and parks.

Location

Sector 91 is one of the JLPL sectors on Mohali's western side, near the village of Landran. The developer markets the site as next to a proposed golf course, which gives the project its name; we have not seen a date for that golf course, so treat it as a plan.

Jubilee Group is a Mohali developer. Its other projects on our site include Jubilee City Gardens, Jubilee Parklane, Jubilee Vallum, the commercial Jubilee Walk and Jubilee Clio.

Before you buy

• Check the RERA entry PBRERA-SAS81-PR0696 on rera.punjab.gov.in and ask the seller for the occupation or completion certificate of the block.
• Check the allotment letter, the builder-buyer agreement and every sale deed in the chain, and that no loan is still registered against the flat.
• Ask whether the flat is the 1,675 sq ft 3 BHK or the 1,985 sq ft 3+1 BHK, and measure the carpet area: listing sizes are super areas.
• Confirm in writing the parking slot, the clubhouse membership and the maintenance and power-backup dues that go with the flat.
• Ask the society or the maintenance agency for the latest bill and any transfer charges.
