Fake or stolen photos
Images lifted from another website, watermarked stock photos, or a unit that doesn’t match what was advertised.
Wrong price
Listed price is significantly different from the actual quoted price, or hidden charges added later.
Sold or unavailable
The property is already sold/rented but is still listed as active.
Duplicate listings
The same unit listed multiple times, possibly by different agents.
Misrepresentation
Wrong area, wrong RERA status, builder claims that aren’t true.
Suspected fraud
Asks for advance payment, refuses site visit, won’t share documents — anything that feels like a scam.
