Bestech Park View Residences at a glance

Bestech Park View Residences is the housing part of Bestech Square, a 12.5-acre complex of homes, a mall and offices that the Gurugram developer Bestech Group built in Sector 66, Mohali. Bestech lists the flats as ready to move, and resale and rental listings show a lived-in society.

• Blocks: Bestech's site plan names nine blocks, Aster, Belva, Caspa, Daisy, Erica, Fern, Galax, Hazel and Ivy; one portal describes three towers of 13 floors, so we leave the tower count out
• Completion: possession from July 2015 according to Housing.com (June 2015 according to Aurum PropTech's listing)
• RERA: none. The project was completed before Punjab RERA started registering projects in 2017, and no Bestech project is in Punjab RERA's list of registered projects (as on 25 September 2026)

Flats and prices

Bestech describes wooden flooring in the master bedroom, imported marble in the living and dining area, anti-skid tiles on the balconies and a modular kitchen with a chimney and hob, and says the layouts follow vastu. Resale asks on Housing.com were about ₹1.17–1.35 crore for 2 BHK flats and ₹1.8–2.1 crore for 3 BHK flats (undated listings seen on 2 November 2026). Square Yards puts the average ask in the second quarter of 2026 at about ₹10,700 per sq ft. These are sellers' asking prices; actual deals depend on the block, floor and interiors.

Facilities

Bestech lists a clubhouse with a swimming pool, a gym and indoor games, a party lawn, a kids' play zone, a water cascade, a sculpture court, a jogging track, an amphitheatre, a pavilion, seating areas and a drop-off area, with landscaped grounds, two levels of underground parking, rainwater harvesting, 24x7 power backup and round-the-clock security. Residents get club membership in the Bestech Square complex, according to the developer.

Location

The flats sit next to Bestech Square Mall in Sector 66. Bestech names Fortis Hospital, the PCA stadium, the Mohali railway station and the Indian School of Business as 5–10 minutes away, and Chandigarh's airport and Sector 17 as 10–20 minutes away.

About the developer

Bestech Group was founded in the early 1990s and has built most of its projects in Gurugram, among them Park View Grand Spa, Park View Sanskruti and Park View City. In Mohali it also built Bestech Square Mall and Bestech Business Tower in the same complex.

Before you buy

• There is no RERA registration: the project was completed before Punjab RERA began in 2017, so ask the seller for the occupation certificate of the tower.
• Get the conveyance deed and the full chain of later sale deeds, and Bestech's or the maintenance agency's no-dues certificate.
• Measure the carpet area: Bestech's plan sizes (1,395–2,025 sq ft) are super areas.
• Ask what the club membership in the Bestech Square complex covers, and get the maintenance and parking terms in writing.
• Compare the asking price with recent sales; portal asks for similar flats differ by tens of lakhs.
