About Bestech Group
Bestech Group is a real-estate developer based in Gurugram, founded in the early 1990s by the civil engineers Dharamendra Bhandari and Sunil Satija. It builds homes, offices, malls and hotels, and says it has built about 10 million sq ft so far.
Most of its projects are in Gurugram, among them the Park View Grand Spa, Park View Sanskruti, Park View Spa, Park View Ananda and Park View City housing projects, Bestech Chambers, Bestech City Gate, the Orient Business Tower and Bestech 92 Marketplace. It has also built in Dharuhera. In Mohali, Bestech built the Bestech Square complex in Sector 66: Bestech Park View Residences (186 flats, ready since 2015), Bestech Square Mall and Bestech Business Tower.
