- Check which tower the flat is in: each group of towers has its own RERA registration and completion record, and GMADA's occupancy permission for Towers I and J dates from 22 September 2022.
- Check the allotment letter and the full chain of sale deeds.
- Confirm the parking that goes with the flat (JLPL mentions three car parks per flat, one of them a hydraulic stack slot) and the maintenance dues, in writing.
- Measure the carpet area: listings quote super areas, and some quote sizes that don't match the standard plans.
