Gillco Meraqui at a glance

Gillco Meraqui ("Meraqui by Gillco") is Gillco Group's new high-rise society in Sector 126 on the PR-7 Airport Road, on the Kharar side of the road. GMADA granted its project licence in June 2025, it was registered with Punjab RERA as PBRERA-SAS81-PR1390 (June 2026) with Gillco Developers and Builders Pvt Ltd as promoter, and it was launched on 3–4 July 2026.

• Homes: 444 flats in six towers on about 11.3 acres (the developer says 12 acres), plus a commercial component
• Sizes: 3 BHK + servant room of 3,150, 3,200 and 3,500 sq ft, and 4 BHK + servant room of 4,350 and 4,550 sq ft (saleable areas of the developer's five plans)
• Carpet areas: about 1,679–1,991 sq ft for the 3+1 BHK layouts, according to the RERA data shown on portals
• Launch price: about ₹11,500 per sq ft (developer, July 2026), so about ₹3.6 crore for the 3,150 sq ft layout and up to about ₹5.2 crore for the 4,550 sq ft one
• Status: new launch: construction started in May 2026 according to the press, and 250 of the 444 homes were opened for sale in July 2026; no tower was above ground in the material we saw
• Completion: about four years from July 2026, according to the developer; portals give June 2030

Homes and prices

All homes are large three- and four-bedroom flats with a servant room. The 3+1 BHK comes as a compact unit (3,150 sq ft), a standard unit (3,200 sq ft) and an extended-balcony unit (3,500 sq ft); the 4+1 BHK as a standard unit (4,350 sq ft) and an extended-balcony unit (4,550 sq ft) with a family lounge and separate dry and wet kitchens. Broker listings from September to October 2026 asked about ₹3.36–3.68 crore for the 3,150–3,200 sq ft 3+1 BHK and about ₹4.21–5.23 crore for the 4+1 BHK. The developer shares prices privately and has not published a payment plan. The basic price normally leaves out GST, stamp duty and registration, and may leave out parking, club membership and power backup, so compare projects on their all-inclusive cost and ask for a dated price sheet.

Facilities

The developer lists a clubhouse with a restaurant and bar, an infinity-edge pool on the podium and a temperature-controlled all-season pool, a kids' pool and a jacuzzi, a fitness studio, yoga and meditation zones, an indoor games parlour (billiards, table tennis and cards), a kids' area with a crèche, a seniors' lounge, a mini private theatre, an open-air amphitheatre, an event lawn with a barbecue area and a pet park. A sports arena has a floodlit tennis court, padel and pickleball courts, a multi-play pitch for basketball and five-a-side football and a running track around it. The developer's video credits the architects Morphogenesis with the design.

Location

Meraqui sits in Sector 126 on the 200-ft PR-7 Airport Road, next to Gillco's earlier Gillco Parkhills society; Gillco's Meraqui experience centre, opened in September 2025, is also in Sector 126. By road the site is about 4 km from Kharar, 7 km from Max Super Speciality Hospital, 12 km from CP67 Mall and the ISBT in Chandigarh's Sector 43, and about 21 km from the airport terminal. Sector 126 is a numbered sector in the Kharar planning area rather than a GMADA sector of Mohali city.

About the developer

Gillco Group is a Mohali developer whose societies include Gillco Parkhills next door and Gillco Palms in Sector 115. The group said in July 2026 that it is investing about ₹800 crore in Meraqui.

Before you book

• Check the RERA registration and the declared completion date on rera.punjab.gov.in.
• Do not pay more than 10% of the price before a registered agreement for sale (Section 13 of the RERA Act).
• Ask for the all-inclusive cost: GST, parking, club membership, power backup, PLC and IFMS are often extra.
• The agreement for sale must state the carpet area; compare projects on carpet area, not super area.
