• Check the registration PBRERA-SAS80-PR1118 on rera.punjab.gov.in: the layout, the number and size of plots, the completion date and the quarterly progress reports.
• Ask for the plot's number on the approved layout plan, its exact dimensions and which way it faces; corner and park-facing plots usually cost more.
• Do not pay more than 10% of the price before a registered agreement for sale, and ask what is extra: preferential location, development and maintenance charges.
• Ask when the sale deed can be registered and possession given, and whether water, sewerage, roads and power are in place.

Amayra Vista is a plotted colony of about 23 acres by Amayra Group in Village Pandiala, inside Kurali town on the Kharar–Kurali road, registered with Punjab RERA in January 2025 (promoter Omni Pacific Colonizers Pvt Ltd). RERA lists 462 residential plots, 66 plots for economically weaker sections and 31 commercial plots, with completion due by 14 January 2030.
