The Zirk is Urban Nest Projects' four-tower project at village Nabha on High Ground Road, off the Zirakpur–Patiala highway, Zirakpur: 193 homes in towers of stilt plus 9 to 13 floors on 1.65 acres, registered with RERA as PR0817. The developer's September 2026 brochure calls it delivered and shows finished towers, and it received last-mile funding from the government-backed SWAMIH fund in February 2026; RERA's completion date is 31 December 2027. Zirakpur town centre is about 3.8 km by road, Paras Downtown Square Mall Zirakpur 4.3 km, Chandigarh International Airport 6.1 km and Elante Mall 10 km.
