The Zirk is Urban Nest Projects' four-tower project at village Nabha on High Ground Road, off the Zirakpur–Patiala highway, Zirakpur: 193 homes in towers of stilt plus 9 to 13 floors on 1.65 acres, registered with RERA as PR0817. The developer's September 2026 brochure calls it delivered and shows finished towers, and it received last-mile funding from the government-backed SWAMIH fund in February 2026; RERA's completion date is 31 December 2027.
