Before you book

• Check the RERA registration and the declared completion date on rera.punjab.gov.in.
• Do not pay more than 10% of the price before a registered agreement for sale (Section 13 of the RERA Act).
• Ask for the all-inclusive cost: GST, parking, club membership, power backup, PLC and IFMS are often extra.
• The agreement for sale must state the carpet area; compare projects on carpet area, not super area.
• Towers D and E have a RERA completion date of 16 November 2026 and Towers A and B 16 January 2027: ask JLPL for the current construction stage, any RERA extension and the expected handover before you book.

Prices and charges

JLPL publishes no price list. Agents' "new property" listings on MagicBricks (February–May 2026) asked about ₹7,750–8,500 per sq ft of super area, with a booking amount of about ₹10 lakh, and MagicBricks prices the floor plans at ₹8,000 per sq ft. Parking and other charges are not published, so ask for the full cost sheet in writing.

JLPL Galaxy Heights 2 is Janta Land Promoters' project of 2 BHK and 3 BHK flats in Sector 66A, Mohali, next to its Galaxy Heights 1 and off the International Airport Road: four towers (A, B, D and E) of 16 floors with 284 flats and a community centre on about 3.6 acres, in two RERA phases.
